Jerry, I have to start this out by saying, thank you. Thank you for being the incredible man that you were. You were a perfect example of what a truly good man should be. You loved and were loved without limits or conditions. You sacrificed and gave even in lean times expecting nothing in return. You were always steady as a rock in good times as well as the not so good times. You always handled every situation with love, compassion, kindness, & understanding. You have made a positive impact on myself and all of those who knew you. You are a role model for me and I am honored to have known you and you will missed greatly. Thank you.

Dad, I miss you so much. You are such a light in my life. I hold you dearly in my heart and I'm going to see you again in heaven. I know that you are in a better place, but I still selfishly want you here with me. Thank you for being the best dad a girl could ever have. You helped me with all my science projects, you taught me how to catch with a baseball glove, you taught me how to help other's who were less fortunate. You showed me that tomorrow is another day and to keep going no matter what the situation is and to put on a cheerful disposition. Your love of life and of God taught me that same love. You love me dad and I love you so much. Now and forever. God bless you dad. You will never be forgotten.

Dad I can’t believe it’s been a week already since you left us. I love and miss you so much. I always will. I can’t stop hearing that wonderful music we played at your funeral. I’m glad you are now free. I just hope Mom will be okay without having to care for you. Remain strong up there!
