It is with a heavy and saddened heart that our beloved Mother Gregoria Acero Ranario Pao, age 87, was called home by our heavenly Father on Saturday August 26th, 2017. Gregoria was reunited with her Parents Agapito Ranario and Nicasia Acero and Husband Emilio C. Pao in our Gods’ heavenly Kingdom and to be one day be reunited with her in the eternal banquet. Being well educated, Gregoria obtained a Degree in Elementary Education and became a Master Teacher II and Principal in the Philippines. Throughout her almost three decades in the educational system Gregoria not only touched the lives of many of her students, but she was an inspiration and a remarkable example to follow for all that knew her. In the year of 1994, Gregoria migrated to the United States of America to join her husband and became a resident of Salinas, California. Later, the couple packed up and left northern California and settled down in Camarillo where she spent the remainder of her beautiful life with her beloved family.
Gregoria’s love knew no bounds as she was an amazing grandmother to all and treated every one as her own. Gregoria’s love surpassed her own needs as she was selfless, caring, compassionate, strong, intelligent, beautiful, and full of love. Being only married twice, Gregoria remained a faithful servant of our Lord Jesus Christ by attending mass every Sunday, praying her rosary every night, and praying for her family every chance she had. She was an active member of the Catholic Womens League of St. John the Baptist Parish and of the Garcianhon Association of Southern California. Gregoria is survived by her five children: Angelita, Juan Bernardito Jr., Carlito, Desiderio, and Silvano. As Gregoria “Mamang” walked into her heavenly home, she was also survived by her eighteen remarkable grandchildren, and her promising six great-grandchildren.
Gregoria Acero Ranario “Mamang” Pao was truly a blessing as she blessed the lives of many. She was an angel here on earth and now she is an angel in heaven watching and protecting her family and friends.
