Susan: Thank you for giving me the honor of serving your family at such a sensitive time in your lives. From what you've shared with me, Helene seems to have been very sweet and playful, and it's clear how dear she is to you. It takes a lot to care for someone who is ill. I'd imagine, if she could, Helene would let you know how much your sisterly love and care meant to her throughout her life. I pray the way you've chosen to celebrate her memory brings you a sense of peace.
