Tribute

Aaron Lee Gibson of Chatsworth, CA passed away suddenly on April 17, 2022 at 48. He leaves behind his beloved mother, Marilyn Gibson; brothers, Eric Gibson (Amy), Michael Gibson and Thomas Gibson (Lourdes) and his sister, Lisa Rudolph (Howard) in addition to his nephew Alex Gibson; nieces Sara Gibson, Natalie Rudolph, and Amanda Rudolph, many cousins and relatives as well as his Uncle Ronald Shuler of Michigan. Aaron is preceded in death by his father, Toby Lee Gibson, grandparents, Alexander and Lena Shuler, his Uncle David Shuler, and cousin, David Shuler.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Aaron. He loved his family immeasurably and would never miss a family event or gathering. The holidays were his favorite as he got to enjoy all his favorite foods and appreciated spending time with his family. He spent his time hanging out with his friends, going to the movies, and had a strong love for literature. Aaron was a long time collector of comics and would add a Transformer action figure and collectible toys to his collection from time to time. He loved watching his shows, especially old Dallas and Dynasty reruns and his soap operas. Aaron was incredibly thoughtful, and would frequently find the positive in every situation.

Aaron loved his Mother most of all. He was not only a devoted and loving son, but also a wonderful companion to her. They did everything together and he treasured her company. He adored his dogs, Buddy and Hank and his love for them was so evident. He enjoyed taking them out for their daily walks and would often meet new people along the way. Everyone knew and liked Aaron in the neighborhood. He was approachable and friendly. He had friends everywhere and it was apparent he always cared about everyone. Aaron was a hard worker and found happiness working at ADI in Van Nuys. He frequently spoke about how much he liked his co-workers and rarely missed work if he could help it. We will miss hearing his many stories as the silence is now deafening.

Aaron’s pleasant personality was contagious. He was someone you could call just to lend you an ear. He was always there for us and was so kindhearted and happy. The loss for us is tremendous. We didn’t expect to be with Aaron for such a short time, however, grateful we got 48 years of loving Aaron and being loved by him. His memory will be forever in our hearts and we will endlessly miss him, longing to see him again.
