Calvin E. Baker

Calvin Eugene Baker was born March 2, 1930 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Elmer L. and Wilmirth L. Baker.  He graduated from the Wentworth Military Academy in Missouri. 

Calvin married Virginia C.Cook on May 1, 1949 and they made their home in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Calvin and Virginia raised three children, Beverly K. McClendon (George), Roger L. Baker (Erica), and Steven C. Baker (Sarah).  Calvin lived life to its fullest and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, bridge, golf, and traveling throughout his life.  After Virginia passed away in 1993, Calvin married Shirley Lapham in 1995, together they continued to travel and enjoy life and family.

Calvin is survived by his children, 7 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
