Charles W. Watkins

Charles W. Watkins of Camarillo, California passed away peacefully on April 20, 2018. He was 82. Charles was born in Middletown, Ohio to Ella Elizabeth Watkins and graduated from Middletown Sr. High School. He later served in both the Marines and the Airforce. He married Lillie Watkins, the love of his life, on December 26, 1959. They then moved to Ventura County. Charles was a Power Support Systems Mechanic at Port Hueneme Naval Base in Oxnard, CA.  He was known for his generosity, kindness, faith, sense of humor and love for others. He was a great friend to everyone he met. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Lillie M. Watkins and children, Charles E. Watkins, Angela L. Watkins and Kesia Y. Watkins. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Anthony Watkins and Jonathan Watkins, as well as his sister Jeni L. Gray and nephew Charles Maurice Gray both of Ohio.
