Charles “Chuck” William Scharff, Jr.

Chuck was born in New York on December 17, 1943 to Charles William Scharff and Doris Elizabeth McGonigle Scharff.  He was a big brother to Alan and Eric.

Throughout Chuck’s career he worked in finance, agriculture, and packaging & shipping.  He was in his 50’s when he decided he wanted to get a master’s degree in archaeology – which he achieved in 1999.  He loved reading and was a great story teller.

He is survived by Linda, his wife of 46 years, daughter Dana and husband Tom, Michael and wife Lisa, Christopher and wife Lindsay, and his grandson, Brian.

We are thankful for the time we had with Chuck and his memory will live on in our hearts.
