Maria Lydia Abille

On August 25, 2021, Lydia Abille went home to the Lord peacefully in the hospital at the age of 92. Preceded in death by husband Elfren Abille, Lydia Abille is survived by Lilia & Noah Liwag, Alfred & Evelyn Abille, Eddie & Belen Abille, Danilo & Marilou Abille, Venus & Frank Davis, Rowena & Jun Rosete and Ellen & Andy Boado; her 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Known as Grandma Lydia, she has lived in Oxnard for over 30 years. She will always be remembered for living a life full of grace and compassion. She loved pouring herself into her friends and family, especially with her exceptional cooking. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and follower of the Lord. Her fervent faith was an encouragement to all, always wanting to be present in church while singing and dancing during worship.

We will always remember her fierce devotion to her family. She loved quality time with her grandchildren and spoiling them with their favorite adobo & bilo bilo, shopping trips, and numerous dance parties.

She has finished this race with unwavering faith and a huge legacy left behind, evidenced by all the lives she has touched. She will be forever deeply missed by friends, family and all who knew her.
