Passed away Nov 10, 2020 at the age of 87. A teacher and registered nurse who spent her life helping others. A loving mother to Donnovan W. Plummer (Nancy), Duane A. Plummer (Chris), Geoffery L. M. Plummer (De Anna), Andrea M. Plummer (preceded in death). A loving grandmother to Erin M. Plummer, Nicole A. Plummer, Donnovan Jr. L. A. Plummer, Brandon L. Michael, Isaiah M. A. Paumer, and Victoria E. M. Plummer. A loving great grandmother to Ethan D. Plummer. She will also be remembered by her loving sister Winnie Blake and children Junior, Gordon, Penelope. Monica Nurse (Henry) and children Sharon, Henry Jr, Adrian. (D) Briggett Allen (Jean) and children Brad, Brian, and Jason. (D) Delta Sterling (D. Ezekiel) and children Beverly, Ester and Alvin. Phoenette will be truly missed by all friends and family. The funeral service will be held a Conejo Mountain Memorial Park & Cemetery in Camarillo California on Nov. 30, 2020 at 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time.
