Tom Coleman, a man loved by many, passed away on August 14, 2018 after battling a series of medical conditions.
Tom was born on January 9, 1960 in Long Beach, California to the late Gerald and Alice Coleman. Tom was a faithful husband and father, always providing for his family. His daughter, Emily, was his pride and joy. He gave 100% to his career of 38 years in high tech as an Engineer. Tom was an intelligent problem-solver, well respected by his peers and management, alike, reaching top levels of responsibility in is position.
Tom’s interests included traveling. He enjoyed many trips to Mexico and camping locally and in Northern California. You could also find him riding his bike, playing baseball or just floating peacefully in his backyard pool. He was known to all who loved him as “The Geek.” He was the guy you went to with any kind of computer-related problems. For some years, Tom volunteered at St. Mary Magdalen School, maintaining their computer lab and helping with electronics at the school fair.
Tom will be missed tremendously by family and friends. Please join us in honoring him at Conejo Mountain on Saturday, September 15th at 2:30pm. A reception will follow at Mission Oaks Café in Camarillo.
