I met Christine a year ago.... friendly, kind, loving, generous.... she was all of that and more.....a smile that could light the room... to her family and close friends, I extend my sincere condolences.... I only had to meet her once to know what a wonderful woman she was.

Chris was a kind, compassionate woman who always had a nice word to say. Although it was limited, I’m thankful for the time I was able to spend with her.

My mom, how to describe her. She was always full of hope and joy. When she cried she did her best to hide it from the outside world. She loved ever so authentically. She taught me to be strong through the hard times, that is okay to cry but don't give up. She taught me to be kind, generous, gentle and loving. She taught me to always tell the truth no matter if it hurts. She taught me everything (non-technological) I know. She gave me a strong foundation in Christ. Nothing is too big for God to handle, and I believe he doesn't give us anything to deal with that, with Christ in us, we aren't strong enough to handle. Because he carries us (even those who do not know him yet) through those difficulties that bring us to our knees. My prayer is Father God, you are wise and holy and know all. Please increase in us the power of the Holy Spirit and decrease our frailty and pain. I know that even as I write this, God is with me, holding my heart together and keeping it beating. I pray that revelations would occur in the lives of my family and myself. I pray that eyes would be opened to your glory and your presence. Send a hedge of protection, love and mercy. Please stay with us as we grieve. In the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen. My mom has a crown in heaven, the kind a queen would ware. She is a princess of the King of kings. May her name be remembered fondly forever.

Thank you for giving me the honor of caring for Christine and for your family at such a sensitive time in your lives. Your love for Chris shows each time you speak of her. She appears to be a woman who was treasured and I'm sure that made her feel infinitely special. I know her passing was very unexpected which carries with it a great sense of confusion. Try to focus on those things that made her shine, like her beautiful, long hair and her passion for German Shepherds. I know she will most certainly be missed, but she will never be forgotten. I pray the way you've chosen to celebrate Chris' memory brings a measure of peace to your heart.
